11 BIG Things you can do to reduce Global Warming

1. Do all of All Gore's little things.
2. Become aware of your energy use, audit your your energy use at home, at school, in your lifestyle.
3. Build a zero utility dwelling, called an "earthship' http://www.earthship.net/
4. Don't buy old things, especially houses, cars and appliances
5. Network and be open to sharing ideas to aggregate goodwill, best practices, and innovative ideas--hey you are already networking with TakingITGlobal!
6. Begin a sustainability plan for your self, your family, your school, your community, your country.
7. Buy Local and organic.
8. Reduce unnecessary shopping trips and travel: shop on-line.
9. Advocate for your school curriculum to be Earth based; integrated whole ecosystems including cultural and civic.
10. Utilize Virtual reality such as Secondlife for meetings, designing and building.
11. Empower yourself and your students; move to an information economy: Discover what information and data you can provide or create to sustain your community.
